Codex BIM, its logo and website content are the property of Codex BIM. Autodesk and Revit are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.

Paid plans

Lite and Pro are each a licence for one person, meaning one Revit user. The price shown is for that person.

Billing and cancellation

A monthly subscription lasts one month. Monthly, billed each month. It can be cancelled at any time and lasts until the end of the month already paid. A yearly subscription lasts one year and is billed once a year. The yearly price is twelve months at the annual rate. Amounts are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.

Lite includes three full compliance analyses. Pro includes the full compliance analysis and the reports.

Enterprise is for more than one user. It includes several licences for a team, a firm, or an organization. The package and the number of people are confirmed with our team.

The free trial lasts 14 days and opens a request. It does not start a paid licence. Lite and Pro are purchased with Buy now.

Codex BIM assists with checks inside Revit. It does not replace the professional’s judgment or a decision by the authority having jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codex BIM shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Codex BIM, including project delays, permit refusals or remediation costs.

Governing law and courts

The law that governs these terms, and the courts that may hear a dispute, have not been confirmed by Codex BIM. They are not stated in these terms.
