About Codex BIM — Welcome

Codex BIM is developed by a team with roots in architecture, geomatics and BIM practice in Quebec. The product started from a simple observation: most of the information needed for a fire and life-safety review already exists in the Revit model, yet the review itself is still assembled by hand.

Our goal is a dependable review companion that stays inside Revit, is transparent about what it checks and what it does not, and grows one jurisdiction at a time — starting with Quebec.

Our approach

Model-first: read what the model already knows before asking the user.
Transparent: every result points to the requirement it relates to and to the model elements involved.
Responsible: Codex BIM assists professionals; it does not replace their judgment or the authority having jurisdiction.
