General information

Codex BIM analyzes the model against the applicable Division B, part 3 requirements and generates clear, project specific compliance checks. Through intelligent tools and interactive visualizations, designers can quickly identify requirements, verify compliance, and understand potential issues.
Fire resistance rating
Identifies required fire resistance ratings and checks wall and door ratings directly from the BIM model, helping verify that required assemblies meet applicable code requirements.
Spatial separation
Analyzes exposing building faces, limiting distances, and permitted unprotected openings to help verify spatial separation requirements.
